How to Make 1kW Sine Wave Inverter in Low Cost
In our daily life inverters has played a major role when we do not have electricity. There are different types of output waves. Mostly prefer sinewave inverter. Some of the inverters produce a square wave output, which is undesirable for inductive loads like Fans, Motors etc. Here we are going to make a 1kw sine wave inverter at Low Cost.
In this project, we are going to create a simple sinewave inverter circuit that will produce 50hz quasi-sine wave output.
How to Make a Sine wave inverter circuit
An inverter is basically an electrical power converter that converts Direct current (DC) into Alternating Current (AC). Inverters take power from the battery and supply it when there is an electricity cut.
If we are planning to make a inverter. We needed to consider these :
- Low Battery Indicator
- Low Battery Cut-off
- No Load Cut -off
After collecting important hardware components, I needed to design a PCB. So, I started to design PCB using easyeda Software. It a simple software with a lot of PCB layouts and components footprints. Then I just ordered PCB from jlcpcb with an affordable cost. The quality of the PCB was quite awesome.
In this circuit, there are two parts. One is the Inverter circuit and another part is Power MOSFET Circuit. The availability of the MOSFET is an issue for me. So I decided to test my inverter circuit. I would like to work fine. The price of the inverter circuit is around less than a hundred rupees. The total cost of the circuit is too high as I planned. Because I can’t able to find a suitable transformer for this circuit.so I just test with a small 14-0-14 transformer. It works awesome. The power of the inverter is very less.it would be less than 100W. But I am happy with this inverter circuit. It would low cost and easy to make also a simple circuit.
